I believe you’re the expert on your own life. My approach is deeply relational and tailored to your individual needs.

I’ve trained in a number of models of therapy, and primarily draw upon the Conversational Model, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to help you:

  • Gain deeper self-understanding

  • Heal from past hurts and trauma

  • Improve your relationships

  • Develop greater emotional resilience

  • Live more in alignment with your values

I currently provide therapy to adult individuals and couples online as well as in person at the Braemar Office Network, Level 3, 32 The Terrace, Wellington 6011.
