How I Work

My approach is deeply relational, tailored to your unique experiences, needs, and goals. It’s informed by advanced training and experience in:

  • Restorative Practices, a framework that supports healing, accountability, and reconnection.

  • Psychodynamic-Interpersonal Therapy (PIT, also known as The Conversational Model), a research-backed approach that helps people process emotions, heal relational patterns, and develop self-understanding.

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which supports psychological flexibility and values-based action.

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which strengthens emotional resilience and relational awareness.
